Tellie is a wonderful, sweet dog that is looking for his forever home. She is currently in a home with two young children whom he loves to play with. She is also with a larger dog that he constantly wrestles around with. In the yard they can chase each other around for hours. She super fast! Tellie also loves playing fetch. She great at returning tennis balls and actually drops them for you to throw again! He likes to go on walks too and has done very well with other dogs at dog parks.
In the house she will happily play with his toys, chew on bones, or snuggle up with you on the couch. Although still a puppy with puppy energy, Telly is a well mannered lady that will randomly take a snooze on you while you rub her belly. She is definitely a loving companion that will not leave your side, and she loves all of the attention!
Telly is crate trained. Currently she sleeps in his crate all night long with a blanket. She willingly goes in his crate with a command and gets rewarded with a little treat each time. During the day she also does well in his crate when no one is home.
Telly has recently completed potty training! She never had an accident in his crate. She has gone a few weeks now without any accidents in the house. She’s very smart and can be easily trained to do anything. So far she understands her name Telly, come, sit, paw, get in (crate), hungry?, treat, heal, no, and currently working on lay down and leave it (squirrels/birds). She’s come such a long way in a short amount of time, she will make an excellent addition to any family.
Tellie was born 8/29/2022 and is almost 11 months old.
