Transport a Puppy to the U.S.

A lot of stars need to align for our rescue dogs to find loving homes — and one of the most important is having a volunteer transporter to escort a puppy on its flight from Anguilla to the United States.

If you’re departing Anguilla soon, you can help change a puppy’s life by becoming a puppy escort / transporter.

How It Works

If you’re visiting Anguilla and would like to help, simply fill out this form to volunteer as a puppy transporter. Each traveler can carry one puppy in an airline-approved, soft-sided mesh carrier that fits comfortably under the seat in front of you.

  • The puppy travels on its own paid ticket with a reserved spot, so you can still bring your personal carry-on.

  • The carrier is lightweight, and most puppies sleep peacefully for the duration of the flight.

We Handle the Details

Fly To Freedom Dog Rescue coordinates all travel arrangements and will send you a step-by-step guide about one week before your departure.

  • A team member will meet you at Blowing Point or the Anguilla Airport about 60 minutes before your flight to hand off the puppy in its carrier along with its medical records and health certificate.

  • When you land, one of our volunteers will meet you at baggage claim to safely take the puppy to its foster or forever home.

That’s it. Easy, rewarding, and life-changing.

Plan Ahead

Travelers can sign up to transport a puppy up to one year in advance, but we kindly ask that you submit the form as soon as you know your travel dates. At a minimum, we need two weeks’ notice to coordinate the logistics.
